Delete your account
This page explains how users of Beta One Inventory, provided by Sabre Software, can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.
Delete inside the app
- Sign in to Beta One Inventory.
- Open the navigation drawer and select Profile.
- Scroll to Delete account.
- Read the confirmation and confirm permanent deletion.
Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
Request deletion without using the app
Email us from the address associated with your account and use the subject “Beta One Inventory account deletion.” We may ask you to verify ownership before completing the request.

- Your Firebase Authentication account and sign-in identifiers
- Your account profile information, including email address, display name, and username
- Feedback and support messages associated with your account
Data that may be retained
Shared inventory, storage-location, and project records that are not personal account data may remain available to other authorized workspace users. Security, fraud-prevention, backup, and legal-compliance records may be retained for up to 30 days unless a longer period is required by law. Retained records are not used to restore access to a deleted account.
Processing time
In-app deletion begins immediately. Email requests are normally completed within 7 days, after account ownership has been verified.
